1. Introduction

“Content” means any text, images, listings, advertisements, or other data submitted by Users.
“Verified Badge” indicates that Vinttra has performed limited verification.
1.3 Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between User and Vinttra LLC.

2. Platform Services
2.1 Business Listings
2.1.1 Vinttra provides visibility for businesses through free and paid listings.
2.1.2 Paid services may include premium listings, advertisements, and promotional packages.
2.1.3 Listings may be modified, removed, or restricted by Vinttra at its sole discretion.
2.2 No Guarantee
2.2.1 Vinttra makes no representations or warranties regarding traffic, revenue, leads, or other commercial results.
2.2.2 Users acknowledge results are dependent on multiple factors beyond Vinttra’s control.
2.3 User Responsibilities
2.3.1 Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of listings.
2.3.2 Consumers and other users must independently verify information before acting.
2.3.3 Vinttra is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from user or business actions.

3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Eligibility
Users must provide accurate, complete, and lawful information to create an account.
3.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under their account.
3.3 Termination or Suspension
Vinttra may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or operational reasons.

4. Payments & Billing
4.1 Payment Terms
4.1.1 Paid services are billed according to the selected package.
4.1.2 Fees are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Billing Disputes
4.2.1 Users must submit disputes in writing to contact@conttact.com within 30 days.
4.3 Price Changes
4.3.1 Vinttra may modify fees, service packages, or billing methods at any time with notice.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Platform Ownership
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and Platform elements are owned or licensed by Vinttra.
5.2 User Content License
5.2.1 Users grant Vinttra a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content for Platform operations.
5.2.2 Users represent and warrant that they own or have rights to submit the Content.
5.3 Trademarks
“Vinttra” and associated logos are trademarks of Vinttra LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

6. User Content & Conduct
6.1 Responsibility
6.1.1 Users are solely responsible for Content submitted.
6.1.2 Users must not post illegal, misleading, harmful, or infringing Content.
6.2 Moderation
Vinttra may monitor, remove, or restrict Content at its discretion, with or without notice.
6.3 Prohibited Conduct
6.3.1 Fraud, spam, phishing, hacking, harassment, or unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
6.3.2 Intellectual property infringement or violation of third-party rights is prohibited.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
7.1 As-Is Service
The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties.
7.2 No Guarantee
Vinttra does not guarantee traffic, revenue, leads, or business outcomes.
7.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vinttra and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
Loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities;
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in Content;
User or third-party disputes;
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.

8. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vinttra LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Use of the Platform;
Violation of these Terms or applicable law;
User-submitted Content;
Interactions with other users or third parties.

9. Force Majeure
Vinttra shall not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond reasonable control, including:
Natural disasters, pandemics, or epidemics;
Cyberattacks, hacking, or technical failures;
Labor disputes, strikes, or governmental actions;
Internet, network, or utility outages.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
10.1 Binding Arbitration
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules or equivalent.
10.2 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of formation of Vinttra LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10.3 Class Action Waiver
Users waive rights to participate in class or collective actions.

11. Privacy Policy
11.1 Information Collection
Personal: Name, email, business information, billing info.
Technical: IP, device, browser, usage metrics.
User Content: Listings, messages, reviews.
11.2 Use of Information
Provide and improve services;
Communicate updates, offers, and support;
Comply with laws;
Analyze anonymized data.
11.3 Cookies & Tracking
Cookies and similar technologies are used to improve user experience, analytics, and marketing.
Users may control cookies via browser settings, subject to Platform functionality.
11.4 Data Sharing
Service providers for operations;
Legal obligations or rights protection;
Aggregated/anonymized data.
11.5 Security & Retention
Reasonable measures protect data;
Data retained only as needed for services or legal compliance.
11.6 User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Access, correct, delete personal data;
Opt-out of marketing communications;

12. Miscellaneous
12.1 Entire Agreement: Terms + Privacy Policy constitute the complete agreement.
12.2 Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Terms.
12.3 No Waiver: Non-enforcement does not constitute a waiver.
12.4 Third-Party Links: Vinttra is not responsible for third-party content.
12.5 Survival: Sections 5–12 survive account termination.
